We’ve weathered a turbulent 2025, a year that’s tested our emotions, our resilience, and our sense of balance. For many in the API and immigrant community, the weight has felt especially heavy, leaving our mental health on shaky ground.

It’s time to pause, reset, and realign for the year ahead.

Join us in a hidden urban garden in Northeast Los Angeles for a restorative day of community, reflection, exploration, movement, and healing for the mind, body, and spirit.

We’ve brought together a powerhouse circle of API women to lead Motivation Workshops designed to inspire, empower, and ground you for what’s next.
