Join us in Chef Wendy’s Secret Garden for a "special Chinese broccoli"-friendly ceramic handbuilding session in celebration of creative freedom, queer joy, and the beauty of doing things your own way.
You’ll be guided in hand building pipes, pots, ashtrays, or whatever weird and wonderful thing wants to emerge from your hands. No experience needed—beginner friendly. The goal isn’t to make something “right.” It’s about letting go of perfection and embrace the sometimes messy magic of the process!
We’re honored to co-host this special gathering with Ash Flores @pottery.byash, a queer ceramic artist and creative force who’s highly experienced in instructing a class full of stoners 😛. Just like there’s no one way to shape a pipe, there’s no one way to exist, express, or identify. This space is about freedom to explore, permission to take up space, and joy in being you. Come mold what feels right and leave the rest behind.

Includes all materials, pot-themed bites (pot pies, pot-stickers… etc), and herbal refreshments. Glazed and finished pieces will be available for pick up ~30 days post event in Mid-city or Northeast LA. Exact location shared with confirmed attendees.
